Open Sailing - 25th June, 2024

Due to a cold weather front passing through from the North East and bringing wind, rain and poor visibility with it, the decision was taken by the skippers to stay on dry land for this evenings Open Sailing event.

For the handful of guests who did turn up, the night was not entirely lost as they decided to join the skippers and the dozen or so visiting Dutch sailors who were berthed on EML pontoon for refreshments upstairs in the clubhouse.

This gave us a chance to reflect upon the evening and the chance to acquaint ourselves.

A huge thanks go to Cathy and Sara for tending the bar.

Our next Open Sailing event is on the 9th July 2024.
