Club Race 'n' Sail, Aberdour, Sat 29th July, 0900hrs

Dear RFYC Member,
We plan to hold the Club Cruise and Race on Saturday 29th July this year, heading for Aberdour. We will all arrive at Aberdour around the same time, some folks racing round a course and others cruising across to Fife.
We would expect to be back in Granton at around 15:00hrs.
Whether you sail or motor, cruise or race or both, have a boat or not, are a new member or are well engrained in the annals of the Club, this event is for you.
Bring a picnic! Aberdour Sailing Club are a very accommodating club and will give us access to their toilets. This is the first day of their Fair Week, so there will be lots going on in the village.
The plan is to meet at our Club at 0900hrs.
This will also be when the briefing for the race will be held, with the course outlined.
We may take our committee boat, Royal Forth too with some folks who would prefer to travel on her.
The day will be governed by the weather, but we do ask that you let us know in advance whether you wish to attend and if a boat owner, how many 'extra' crew you would have space for on the day. For organisation purposes, it is important that we know who is coming and which boats are planning to sail.
