Open Sailing 2nd June- under moody skies

The first of this seasons Open Sailing evenings got underway last night with five skippers generously giving up their time to take our guests out for a few hours on the water. Thanks to them all for making this fun evening possible.
With Westerly winds 15/20 knots all boats taking part decided to head over towards the Fife coast.
Thankfully, the thundery showers that had been widely predicted did not manifest themselves until later on and most boats took the wise decision to run for home as the low weather system hanging over Fife descended...
Safely back in harbour, our guests were invited up to the clubhouse for light refreshments and the opportunity to discuss their experience.
Boats taking part were Moon White, One for the Road, Eriskay, Solveig and Orithya.
