Thank you to all who came and made Prizegiving 2022 such a fun and successful night.

Thank you to Cathy Ogden who did a sterling job standing in for the Vice Commodore, Sarah Robertson, who was away supporting her daughter in the Women's World Match Racing Event in New Zealand! Cathy has come to know our fantastic array of silverware very well over the years and led the proceedings, awarding the racing trophies to our deserving band of members.

Thanks to George Brown too, for whom the organisation of the trophies year on year has been quite the task! We are indebted to George for all that he does for the Club.

Our Commodore's oratory never fails to entertain and this night was no exception. Thank you to Michael and the team also for setting off those magnificent fireworks.

And as ever, congratulations to all our winners and members for taking part. We hope you had a wonderful sailing season and a wonderful night. It's all about teamwork at the Royal Forth and we are delighted to have such a lovely membership. Nights like these of course couldn't happen without our fantastic House team keeping you so very well fed and watered. We are appreciative of the effort put in, so much of which is unseen.

Congratulations to our Cadet of the Year, Archie Brindle and to the Harbour Team for winning the Debutante Trophy for exceptional service to the Club.

Congratulations and thanks to all those who submitted photographs and logs for the annual competition. Please find the winning photographs here, and the three log entries for reading in downloads below. Torben Sell took the CDRE McQueen Cup home as winner of the Log Competition with crew, Alex Gunnarsson; the Maja Trophy went to Mark Harding for his sunrise photograph of Granton Harbour and the Bells Shield to David Penny for his photo of a racing mishap, which can happen.

A full list of cup winners for 2022 is available on the full event page here or head to our facebook photo album to see and tag your lovely photos: www.facebook.com/media/Annual Prizegiving 2022.

Thank you again, and here's to Sailing Season 2023!
