FOR SALE: "Skimmer" Dufour Sylphe 6.5 m / 21.4 ft
The Dufour Sylphe is a classic fiberglass, transportable masthead sloop designed by Michel Dufour and built between 1964 and 1974. The first model produced by the Dufour shipyard, it is a cabin cruiser with a fin keel. Designed for small crews, it is perfect for 2 people but has room and berths for 4 people. This is a great small boat; roomy enough as a coastal cruiser but fast enough to be a racer.
We bought Skimmer in July 2021 as our first boat and learnt a lot about sailing and owning a boat. Currently stored on its cradle in the RFYC yard and due to be lifted in on 17 April 2026.
