A gentle, elegant and rounded style of Champagne, with notes of ripe apples. Full-bodied, balanced and harmonious through to the long finish, it has beautifully-integrated, mellow flavours. Made from approximately 1/3 each Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, aged for a minimum of two years, this is a delicious Champagne from an excellent quality, small producer located between Taittinger and Dom Pérignon in the village of Hautvilliers.

Prosecco Corte Alto – Delicate and aromatic peachy Prosecco with accacia and hints of red apple.

This Pinot Grigio is crisp, refreshing and unoaked. The bouquet is unmistakable and immediate, with an intense impression of acacia flowers. The palate is dry, full-bodied and well-balanced.From the Abrzzo region in Italy.

This South African Sauvignon Blanc, from the Cape Coast offers a fresh, zesty palate with tropical fruit and green apple. Lemon and lime tease the palate into a crisp refreshing finish with long lasting fruit. Hints of grassiness around the edges with dashings of passionfruit and lemon curd. Beautiful length and varietal pureness.

Rich with lime fruit, gooseberry nectarine and peach but it is slow ferment using wild yeasts that give this wine a distinctive herbal, savoury character with gorgeous texture, making it so distinguishable. Made by Waterkloof Estate.

Floral and enticing on the nose, exuberantly fresh on the palate with ripe peach, pear drop fruit, a slightly salty edge and underlying minerality. Incredibly fruity yet elegant and concentrated.

VINHO VERDE. Intensely fruity with grapefruit, ripe citrus and pineapple and crisp, seafood friendly minerality on the finish. Alvarihno is the same grape as Albarino which comes from over the border in Galicia

La Battistina, situated in the north west region of Piemonte in Italy, is an estate situated around the town of Gavi, and considered one of the best sites in Gavi. The vineyards are south facing with chalky and mineral soils, which allow the Cortese grape to ripen to its fullest. The wine is aromatic, with zesty citrus, lime and pineapple notes with a hint of minerality. The weighty fruit gives this wine an immensely long finish.

BURGUNDY. St Veran is one of the lesser known AOCs in Burgundy and this one delivers great value for money. Unoaked but with nice weight and texture from lees ageing this is an elegant and precise wine with mineral notes and an intense, fruity core.

Generously fruity with soft tannins. Chile – Central Valley

Central Valley. Really soft and pure cabernet bursting with blackcurrants.

Murray River. Cherry, cassis, mocha , sweet plum and spice.

Maule Valley. Cherries, wild berries and a note of cinnamon smoke, dark cherries covered in chocolate & vanilla ice cream.

Curico Valley. Rich, velvety plummy, dark and luscious with a dark chocolate bar finish. Vegan.

A supple, ripe, plummy claret with chocolate and rich spice that punches above its weight. A great wine match for roast beef, game or cheeses.

A bright and medium intense Tempranillo and Graciano blend. Complex array of aromas on the nose, with notes of red fruits and liquorice and subtle hints of toast, spices and cinnamon. Silky, pleasant and enveloping on the palate, long, balanced, with very good tannins. Rioja region, Spain.

Los Haroldos Estate Malbec is full of ripe red fruits, smoke and chocolate all show on the forward and intense nose. The palate has elegant tannins and subtle acidity that all underpin the brambly fruit, sweet smoke and hint of meatiness. It is aged for 6 months in American oak barriques after fermentation in tanks. From Mendoza region in Argentina.

The nose is opulent and polished with layers of exotic spices, cigar box, cracked black pepper and streaked with vanilla. The palate is instantly appealing, polished and smooth on entry but steeped in depth and texture as the flavours swirl around, lengthen and delight. The lasting impression is satisfying – a big and opulent Grenache-driven wine with obvious oak quality, great structure, length and finish. Cotes du Rhone, France

Awesome sweet wine made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and a dash of Muscadelle. Loads of rich, unctuous flavours of barley sugar and orange marmalade with a clean cut sappy freshness. From just outside the city of Bergerac, east of Bordeaux.

Full bodied and fruity. Powerful dark cherry and black fruit aromas. The floral and herbal notes that come through on the nose add lovely nuances to the bouquet. The palate shows great intense fruit flavours and fantastic depth and complexity. The wine is harmonious, well-crafted and authoritative. Portgual
