GONE TO A GOOD HOME: Old Clinker built rowing boat

We have an old clinker built rowing boat, presently in a garage in Newington, Edinburgh, together with a number of oars and related boat jumble.

It hasn't been used for years and will definitely need recaulking or similar to prevent it leaking, but it does have a long crack along one of the bottom timbers, which would probably need replacing.

If anyone is interested and is able to take it off my hands, I will be delighted!

It is about 11 ft long and about 45 inches wide. Photos as below, one of the boat and one of the crack on the bottom timber.
