Seamaster yachts have a good reputation for being sturdily built and good sea boats. This Laurent Giles designed masthead sloop yacht is the drop keel version, which makes her particularly suitable for accessing shallower anchorages and drying harbours. Keel up her draft is 2'5", keel down it is 5'5", making her extremely stable.

K-Mar is a well-appointed craft, with 5 berths and impressive storage for a craft this size. She benefits from a replacement Beta 14 inboard diesel, installed in 2012.

K-Mar is currently ashore and available for viewing at the Royal Forth Yacht Club, Granton Harbour, Edinburgh.
