RFYC are looking to fill a position of office manager.
The candidate will have:
- Experience of office administration and management
- The ability to manage and deliver tasks/recommendations on a timely basis both independently and assisting Flag Officers' and Hon Members' responsibilities
- Background experience of working effectively with a number of different stakeholders through excellent engagement and influencing. Stakeholders could include Flag Officers, members, staff, suppliers and the local community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail, and strong empathetic interpersonal skills
- Have an excellent track record in operational management including financial
- HR awareness and people management experience
- Understanding of and ability to deliver a modern and effective office environment including using technology solutions and streamlined processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Xero accounting systems and social media channels an advantage
Part-time hours: 16 per week with potential flexible working routines during different seasons
